Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community
I’m a woman from Ontario CA United States, born in 1970.
My favorite sports include: running cycling, swimming, yoga, pilates, walking, hiking
My goals are: To complete my first 1/2 marathon in 3.5 hrs and tone and lose about 15lbs that never seem to go away. .
My other favorite activities include: Ice skating, roller skating and horsebackriding.
I love the feeling of running especially when your in “The Zone” a place where you can go on forever and nothing phases you. Also the feeling of the energy you get in exercise that make you feel alive!
